 A FREE 15-20 minute conversation on the phone, or on zoom is always available to see if I am someone you would like to work with. I work intuitively and flexibly, offering support in many ways.

 1:1 Sessions

 Sessions are available in person if you’re local to Colchester, Essex (UK). Or on zoom, video app or by email dialogue.

We can explore any subject or situation that’s calling for attention.

I charge £100 for an hours session.

Group Awakening Chats

I co-host these with my partner Mark Shaw for those curious to explore awakening beyond the mind and ego. These are open, honest, and often profound. No prior knowledge or experience required, just an open mind and interest. Marks website is www.directseeing.com Mark had a dramatic awakening in 2018 and mine has been more drip feed over the years. These groups can be in person in Colchester or online.

Day Workshops

I co-host full-day Awakening Retreats, Shadow work and therapy days with my partner, Mark Shaw. We point towards more clarity and peace.

These are deep, nourishing days, 10am-5pm, that cost £150, for self-inquiry, and inner freedom.
